Dynamic Occupational Therapy Solutions – DOTS has been in operation in the Shoalhaven for over 10years. DOTS aims to provide a holistic, comprehensive client centered service to our customers. DOTS has a unique depth of services that can be provided.
DOTS has a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment. We are committed to providing experienced, quality, up to date family focused services. OT Treatment can help children with various needs improve their cognitive, physical, sensory, and motor skills as well as enhance their self-esteem and sense of accomplishment.

We work with children with learning difficulties; autism spectrum disorder (ASD); attention deficit; traumatic background and developmental delay. DOTS specializes in the assessment and treatment of:
· Handwriting difficulties
· Self regulation difficulties
· Fine and gross motor difficulties
· Sensory issues – Sensory Processing Disorder.
· Planning and organising difficulties – Dyspraxia / DCD
· Visual perceptual and coordination problems
· Difficulties with play skills, social skills and behaviour.
Following a thorough assessment and report; a treatment program could include:

An individual treatment program – could be individual or small group. The number of sessions may vary. Sessions can be either clinic or community/school based. Home visits can be organised if required.

Fortnightly home program – exercises and ideas

Regular communication (face to face; handouts; emails or phone calls) with your teacher/ educator; other therapists and any others involved.

Treatment programs are child and family centered. Each child has unique needs and every program is individualized to meet agreed upon goals.
